My name is Seth I am a lover of people, an explorer, and a passionate entrepreneur. I am married to Dionna (13 years!), and the father to three girls (Scout, Jema, and Roen)

As a father, husband, and leader I get kicks out of exploring what I am capable of and redefining the social norms that keep most men trapped in unfulfilling lives. I have spent the last 25 years of my life creating rich communities of friends and family that love to travel, surfing, eat, camp, and find new adventures together. After 8 years running our family business I felt called to deeper work with individuals and teams that are looking to explore new levels of growth and wholeness.

In 2017 I made a life changing shift to join forces with Novus Global an executive coaching firm that helps leaders and teams create deeply fulfilling lives by exploring what they are capable of and creating results they never thought possible. Helping people step out of what’s comfortable and into their God given potential is makes me come alive.
